    4 Il Potere, si sa, si Ú sempre servito dell’Istruzione per poter plasmare a propria immagine e somiglianza la futura classe dirigente ed educare coloro che faranno parte della classe dominata ad accettare, quasi fosse un dato immutabile, la realtà presente. In quest’ottica va letta la presenza, a “La Sapienza” di Roma, di tre illustri rappresentanti dei potentati economici e clericali.  
    5 All’inauguazione del nuovo anno accademico della nostra Università, interverranno infatti papa Ratzinger, Veltroni e Mussi.  
    6 Joseph Ratzinger, colui che prima di diventare papa era il prefetto della Congregazione per la dottrina della fede (corrispondente alla vecchia Santa Inquisizione!), rappresenta certamente gli ambienti più reazionari e retrivi della Chiesa cattolica. In questi due anni di papato si Ú fatto iniziatore di vere e proprie crociate ideologiche contro il progresso scientifico, contro l’affrancamento della donna dal mero ruolo di “angelo del focolare” in una società solo parzialmente secolarizzata come quella italiana e manifestando apertamente un’anacronistica volontà di ritorno al passato tramite la revisione della già moderata legge 194, contro le minoranze e le diversità sessuali e tentando di imporre un assurdo diktat circa l’eterosessualità di massa.  
    7 Walter Veltroni, l’uomo “nuovo”, su cui la borghesia italiana punta tutto per la perpetrazione del proprio dominio. Il Sindaco di Roma in questi anni ha dato infatti una reale dimostrazione di quanto sia fedele ai dettami dei poteri forti romani e nazionali. La sua azione politica si Ú caratterizzata per un progressivo peggioramento della situazione riguardante la speculazione edilizia, sul versante gravoso (in particolare per noi studenti!) degli affitti iperbolici ed insostenibili. A queste manovre si sono puntualmente aggiunte imposizioni di vero e proprio razzismo istituzionalizzato volte a tracciare la strada a quanto impunemente deciso dal governo Prodi nei mesi scorsi (vedi decreto sulle espulsioni). Veltroni, infatti, già nel mese di luglio dello scorso anno aveva sottoscritto con l’allora prefetto Serra un “Patto per Roma sicura” in cui si delineava il progetto (poi attuato) della deportazione di intere comunità Rom oltre il Grande Raccordo Anulare in ghetti militarizzati dalle forze dell’ordine.  
    8 Fabio Mussi, rappresentante della Sinistra Arcobaleno, sta dimostrando alla perfezione quale Ú il ruolo detenuto dall’insieme dei partiti che formano quest’aggregazione (Prc, Pdci, Verdi, Sd). Un ruolo incentrato sull’attacco su larga scala ai diritti degli studenti, caratterizzato dalla generalità del numero chiuso nelle università, dalla privatizzazione della cultura, dai continui tagli all’istruzione “pubblica”e dagli altrettanto costanti finanziamenti agli istituti privati considerati “paritari”. Questa la linea direttrice della politica del ministro Mussi e di tutto il governo Prodi che, appoggiato vergognosamente dalla sinistra cosiddetta radicale, mira alla progressiva irreggimentazione degli studenti nel sistema capitalistico e nelle sue innumerevoli storture come il precariato, lo sfruttamento privato dello sforzo lavorativo (fisico o intellettuale che sia), l’impossibilità di pianificare la propria vita per evidenti manchevolezze economiche. L’eccezionalità e la forza dell’attacco portato dai poteri forti, oggi qui rappresentati da tre significativi personaggi, nei confronti dei lavoratori d’oggi (operai, precari, interinali) e quelli di domani (studenti) circa i loro diritti, le loro tutele e le loro semplici libertà personali merita una risposta altrettanto netta e radicale che abbia la capacità di unire in una necessaria stagione di lotte la classe lavoratrice (immigrata o nativa che essa sia) e gli studenti. Tutto ciò al fine di dimostrare che il movimento operaio e quello studentesco non sono due entità astrattamente diverse o addirittura contrapposte ma occupano, nel progetto neoliberista e reazionario dettato dal governo Prodi (che insieme racchiude i desiderata di Confindustria e Vaticano), lo stesso posto di sfruttati. È dunque necessario seguire la strada di chi, come gli studenti francesi, Ú riuscito ad unificare le lotte studentesche ed universitarie a quelle operaie. In Italia i presupposti oggettivi per arrivare a questa fondamentale unità tra lavoratori e studenti esistono, considerando l’ampiezza dell’attacco sferrato contro le condizioni materiali dei lavoratori e la carneficina giornaliera di cui abbiamo notizia in fabbrica e sui luoghi di lavoro, e le sopraccitate misure di privatizzazione della cultura indirizzate a porla in continuità con le esigenze del sistema economico dominante.

    13 Centinaia di migliaia di bombe inesplose infestano il sud del Libano. Secondo un rapporto dell&#039;ONU, il 90 per cento di esse Ú stata sganciata dall&#039;esercito israeliano negli ultimi tre giorni di guerra, quando il "cessate il fuoco" era già stato raggiunto. Da allora, ogni giorno qualcuno viene ferito o ucciso dalle bombe inesplose. E questo Ú solo l&#039;inizio.

    34 Il 13 dicembre, più di 10 000 studenti hanno manifestato nella città tedesca di Dresda contro un nuovo progetto di legge sull&#039;insegnamento superiore del Land della Sassonia. Il governo di questo Land Ú una coalizione composta del Partito sociale democratico (SPD) e dell&#039;unione cristiana democratico (CDU) sotto la direzione del primo ministro Georg Milbracht del CDU. 
    35 I manifestanti venuti dalle principali università del paese sono arrivati a Dresda nei treni noleggiati per l’occasione. 
    36 La manifestazione era organizzata in particolare contro i cambiamenti portati alle regolamentazioni esistenti e che accordano agli studenti attualmente  una certa partecipazione alle decisioni prese dalle università. 
    37 Secondo la nuova legge, il rettore dell&#039;università avrà dei poteri molto più  incisivi ed una più grande autonomia. Ciò significa che si toglieranno poteri e competenze agli organismi esistenti e che si aumenterà la rivalità tra università.  
    38 In futuro, i rettori universitari potranno utilizzare i loro nuovi poteri per non considerare le convenzioni collettive esistenti e quindi per assumere del nuovo personale con stipendi da miseria. Questo processo di autonomia crescente delle università aumenta anche la probabilità di introduzione di spese universitarie in un prossimo futuro. La nuova legge avrà anche, se votata, delle forti ripercussioni sulle strutture esistenti dell&#039;università ed avrà per conseguenza di diminuire notevolmente la rappresentanza degli studenti al consiglio di amministrazione dell&#039;università. 
    39 Le conseguenze potenziali di tali misure appaiono chiaramente, quando si esamina il nuovo ruolo che assumerà il nuovo consiglio di università. 
    40 Questo consiglio si vedrà attribuire un&#039;autorità maggiore nell&#039;organizzazione dell’università a livello locale, col 50 per cento dei membri di questo consiglio proveniente da settori esterni all’istruzione cioÚ persone del mondo degli affari o della cultura che saranno chiamati, pur senza essere eletti.  
    41 Anche prima della manifestazione dello scorso giovedì, i principali organizzatori, il sindacato del servizio pubblico Verdi, il sindacato degli insegnanti (GEW) e i gruppi di studenti della Conferenza di Sassonia (KSS), hanno fatto di tutto per limitare la discussione alla manifestazione sul problema della partecipazione degli studenti  alle strutture universitarie, piuttosto che fare posto a domande sociali e politiche di più largo respiro. In diversi volantini, si parlava sì della "commercializzazione dell&#039;educazione", ma si parlava innanzitutto di decisioni concrete rispetto alla composizione  dei consigli di università, alla valutazione dei corsi ed al servizio di orientamento. Molti manifestanti erano motivati da problemi più importanti. 
    42 Rikard, 26 anni, studente in geografia all&#039;università di Dresda, ha detto che le formulazioni precise della legge lo lasciavano indifferente. Ha detto di partecipare alla manifestazione perché notava ogni giorno le conseguenze della subordinazione crescente dell&#039;istruzione agli interessi diretti del padronato e dell&#039;economia. La partecipazione degli studenti Ú attaccata, secondo lui, perché le grandi imprese vogliono esercitare una più grande influenza sul contenuto dei programmi universitari. Ma ciò avviene in tutti i campi e non si limita al problema della partecipazione. 
    43 In effetti in Germania le condizioni di studio sono cambiate velocemente questi ultimi anni. 
    44 L&#039;introduzione dei Masters e delle licenze in quasi tutte le università, e i cosiddetti "poli di eccellenza" introdotti dal governo tedesco ed i tagli nel bilancio dell&#039;istruzione ha condotto già ad un chiaro orientamento in favore degli interessi del mercato. Lo scopo Ú di aumentare la competitività della Germania a livello internazionale e di potere esportare l’istruzione come ogni altro tipo di mercanzia. 
    45 Christian, 22 anni, studente in genio civile all&#039;università di Dresda, fa notare un altro legame importante: "manifesto qui,  non solamente per la democrazia all&#039;università, ma per la democrazia in generale. Dovunque i diritti democratici sono attaccati per mezzo di misure di sorveglianza aumentate. Lo scopo Ú di trasformarci tutti in persone "trasparenti" che possono essere identificate facilmente e controllate. Dobbiamo difendere la partecipazione all&#039;università adesso per assicurarci una situazione favorevole, quando si arriverà ad altre lotte, per esempio sul problema delle spese universitarie.” 
    46 I Verdi ed il Partito della Sinistra (Die Link) hanno provato a mettersi a capo del corteo. Prima c&#039;era ciò che si chiama la "Sinistra-mobile"  i cui altoparlanti urlavano della musica assordante intervallata da slogan confusi. Questi due partiti avevano mandato i loro rappresentanti sui problemi dell’istruzione per prendere la parola davanti all&#039;assemblea, ma non avevano gran che da dire. Come salivano sul palco, erano accolti da pochi applausi e qualche fischio.  
    47 Ancora più ostile Ú stata l&#039;accoglienza riservata al ministro dell&#039;istruzione e della cultura di Sassonia, Eva Maria Stange (SPD), Ú lei che Ú responsabile di questa nuova legge ed Ú salita alla tribuna allo scopo di insultare con arroganza gli studenti riuniti. "La maggior parte di voi non sa nemmeno ciò che c&#039;Ú in questa legge," ha detto. Poi, in seguito ai fischi ricevuti ha proseguito, "non ha senso provare a discutere correttamente di questa legge con voi. Non aveva da proporre assolutamente niente che somigliasse ad un argomento razionale."  
    48 Un’altra oratrice, Nathalie Meyer dell&#039;università di Giessen, ha sottolineato l&#039;importanza della privatizzazione dell&#039;istruzione e la sua relazione con la polarizzazione sociale crescente e ha concluso dicendo che era impossibile fidarsi dei partiti politici. 
    49 Tuttavia nessuno degli intervenuti ha criticato il Partito della Sinistra né i Verdi, benché, quando erano al potere, questi due partiti avessero attivamente sostenuto gli attacchi all’istruzione e ai programmi sociali. In Sassonia, questi partiti sono all&#039;opposizione, ma un oratore del KSS ha preteso che una coalizione di questi partiti di"sinistra" al governo contribuisse a risolvere i problemi che gli studenti devono affrontare. 
    50 L&#039;unico a sollevare il problema del ruolo del Partito della Sinistra e dei Verdi Ú stato Marius Heuser che parlava in nome del World S. Web Site. Ha detto, "Gli studenti non stanno affrontando solo un attacco alla loro partecipazione, ma anche il processo della crescente subordinazione di tutto il settore dell’istruzione agli interessi del padronato e dell&#039;economia. Manifestiamo qui non solamente contro Milbradt e l&#039;abolizione della partecipazione studentesca, ma contro il processo dell&#039;unione europea, il processo di Bologna nel suo insieme [uno sforzo per creare una zona europea di insegnamento superiore da qui al 2010] che ha per obiettivo di trasformare in merce il diritto fondamentale all&#039;istruzione." 
    51 Dopo i lunghi applausi, ha proseguito ": Evidentemente la subordinazione dell&#039;istruzione agli interessi di una piccola parte Ú legata direttamente alla subordinazione di ogni aspetto individuale della vita sociale alla logica del mercato sia in materia di polarizzazione sociale, di militarismo e di riarmo, o di restrizione dei diritti sociali fondamentali. Ma se siamo chiari, allora noi dobbiamo considerare anche come si può combattere questa evoluzione." Su questo argomento, vorrei dire una parola sulla partecipazione dei sindacati, dei Verdi e del Partito della Sinistra a questa manifestazione. Considero un insulto il fatto che provino a monopolizzare la manifestazione. Non sono dei nostri. Sulla questione della partecipazione: benché gli studenti abbiano fatto sciopero durante un trimestre intero, organizzando delle manifestazioni e delle proteste tra le altre a Berlino, il Partito della Sinistra ha, con il SPD, organizzato dei tagli di bilancio di 75 milioni di euro nelle università della città." come potete immaginare, i tagli più importanti sono stati fatti nelle scienze umane. In una situazione in cui le università soffrono cronicamente di penuria di fondi, per completare il loro bilancio esse sono obbligate a rivolgersi agli sponsor del padronato, mentre procedono alle inevitabili riduzioni del corpo insegnante e del materiale pedagogico. A Berlino, il Partito della Sinistra Ú responsabile di un largo ventaglio di tagli di bilancio nel campo dell&#039;insegnamento e dei servizi sociali." Un movimento contro gli attacchi sull&#039;istruzione e i servizi sociali così come sui diritti democratici non può svilupparsi che contro questi partiti e queste organizzazioni. Alla luce dell&#039;aumento enorme delle tensioni sociali, del militarismo e della guerra, un tale movimento deve sfidare la subordinazione della vita sociale al sistema di profitto ed adottare una prospettiva socialista ed internazionalista.

La vittima Ú un operaio di 70 anni che lavorava, secondo quanto si apprende, con un contratto a progetto. L’incidente sul lavoro Ú avvenuto stamani in un’ azienda di Vedano Olona (Varese).     63 Sullo sfondo di crescenti crisi ecologiche e di una popolazione mondiale costretta a vivere in estrema povertá, a lavorare in condizioni disumane e a subire gli effetti di crescenti crisi sociali, vengono spesi annualmente a livello mondiale circa 1000 miliardi di euro per le forze armate. 
    64 L&#039;apparato bellico-indutriale di alcune, poche nazioni del G8 é responsabile dell&#039;impiego di buona parte di queste spese con gravi e incalcolabili conseguenze ecologiche e sociali.

    66 Gli attentati dell&#039;11 settembre 2001 sono sempre piú usati per giustificare la sorveglianza sistematica della popolazione e l&#039;erosione dei diritti costituzionali. Anche gli stati europei hanno collaborato alla costruzione di campi di detenzione segreti, sullo stile di Guantanomo,nei quali si fa uso con ogni probabilitá di tortura. 
    67 L&#039;Iraq é stato attaccato sulla base di falsi indizi; nel frattempo sono morte centinaia di migliaia di persone, il paese é stato in buona parte distrutto, destabilizzato e il suolo contaminato dai residui cancerogeni delle munizioni all&#039;uranio. E ora ci sono addirittura dichiarazioni pubbliche sui piani di un attacco militare in Iran e sulla possibilitá di una nuova guerra mondiale, cosa che, a causa delle sue imprevedibili conseguenze, incontra viva resistenza persino tra le rappresentanze moderate delle forze armate. 
    68 Posti di fronte all&#039;alternativa di scegliere tra una guerra, che per stessa ammissione di uomini politici occidentali, durerá anni, e una trasformazione possibilmente pacifica noi richiediamo quanto segue: 
    69 1) Processo di impeachment contro il Presidente degli Stati Uniti George Bush e il vice presidente Richard Cheney prima delle elezioni presidenziali americane del 2008, processo preteso in solidarietá con una grande parte della popolazione americana e un gruppo di rappresentanti del Congresso. Nonché processo penale presso il tribunale internazionale contro G.W Bush, R. Cheney e altri responsabili di diversi paesi, sotto l&#039;imputazione di partecipazione a guerre offensive e contrarie al diritto internazionale, l&#039;accusa di crimini commessi contro l&#039;umanitá. 
    70 2) Inchiesta internazionale sugli attentati dell&#039;11 settembre, i quali costituiscono la giustificazione principale delle "guerre contro il terrore", mentre un&#039;intera catena d&#039;indizi mostra che la versione ufficiale sugli attentati dell&#039;11 settembre non puó essere accettata. Personalitá politiche, scienziati e uomini di cultura di fama internazionale, nonché alte cariche delle forze armate in pensione hanno richiesto nuove indagini in merito. 
    71 3) Ritiro delle truppe dall&#039;Afghanistan e dall&#039;Iraq e nessuna guerra contro l&#039;Iran. Messa al bando a livello internazionale della guerra come mezzo di risoluzione dei conflitti, dell&#039;impiego di contingenti militari all&#039;Estero e del commercio di armi. In una societá civile la tortura deve essere vietata in ogni sua forma ed espressione. 
    72 4) Conversione dell&#039;industria bellica in scopi civili e sviluppo di nuove tecnologie piú ecologiche e di forme d&#039;energia piú durevoli. Secondo l&#039;agenzia per la protezione ambientale dell&#039;ONU, con una minima parte delle spese annue globali per gli armamenti si potrebbe garantire a tutta la popolazione mondiale l&#039;accesso ad acqua pulita e potabile, un&#039;assistenza sanitaria di base e la distribuzione di generi alimentari di prima necessitá. 
    73 Presupposto di base a queste richieste é il riconoscimento del principio di Non-Violenza e il rispetto nei confronti del prossimo a prescindere dalla razza e dalla religione. Due devastanti guerre mondiali e catastrofi storiche come l&#039;Olocausto, quali consequenza ultima di nazionalismo, razzismo e guerrafondismo devono restare vive nella coscienza collettiva.

    365 Tre mesi dopo l&#039;articolo apparso su Newsweek e dedicato alla situazione dei Rrom in Italia, un servizio giornalistico in cui il nostro Paese Ú paragonato, in quanto a discriminazione, alla Germania di Hitler, bisogna rilevare che la discriminazione si Ú trasformata in persecuzione, annientamento civile (quello che i Rrom chiamano "la morte vivente") e genocidio. L&#039;Unione Europea ha ammonito l&#039;oppressione del popolo Rrom, gli sgomberi iniqui seguiti da "marce della morte", l&#039;applicazione di leggi razziali, le espulsioni di massa, la campagna mediatica volta a diffondere fra gli italiani i germi dell&#039;odio razziale. Come nel&#039;epoca dei carnefici di Hitler, sono stati montati casi per criminalizzare i Rrom: l&#039;omicidio di Giovanna Reggiani, commesso da un romeno - Romulus Mailat - che autorità e stampa hanno presentato come Rrom (un caso che, comunque, presenta molte ombre, sotto l&#039;aspetto della regolarità delle indagini condotte dalle autorità e del procedimento giudiziale); il rogo di Livorno, in cui quattro bambini sono stati assassinati da un gruppo di razzisti - il Gape, che ha rivendicato l&#039;attentato - ma la condanna detentiva Ú stata comminata ai genitori delle piccole vittime; il caso di Marco Ahmetovic, condannato a sei anni di prigione e messo alla gogna mediatica, mentre cittadini italiani colpevoli dello stesso crimine sono a piede libero e addirittura si Ú deciso di tutelare la loro privacy, evitando di divulgarne le generalità. Nel contempo sono avvenuti innumerevoli episodi di aggressione, nei confronti dei Rrom, spesso attuati da gruppi armati, senza che nessun responsabile sia stato sino ad oggi perseguito. Abbiamo trovato, navigando in rete, una discreta traduzione dell&#039;articolo apparso su Newsweek e lo pubblichiamo, per i lettori italiani. Oggi forse la giornalista, cui abbiamo inviato nuove prove della persecuzione, forse intitolerebbe un&#039;indagine sullo stesso tema "Nuova Unione, Nuovo Olocausto dei Rrom". Gruppo EveryOne

    368 Anna non conosce il suo cognome. Lei dice che Ú nata in Romania nel 1971, ma senza la documentazione per dimostrare che essa non gode di nessuno dei vantaggi che la cittadinanza europea dovrebbe portare. Invece vive in una reeking squatter del campo di sotto di Roma Ponte Milvio ponte, circondato da sporcizia e da puzza di urina. "Siamo sempre stati qui", ha detto sulla difensiva, mentre sale dal sottobosco del Tevere alle 7:30 di una recente mattina. "Non abbiamo mai disturbato nessuno." 
    369 Molti italiani non sarebbero d&#039;accordo. Nelle ultime settimane l&#039;Italia si Ú dichiarata sotto assedio da parte della gente che chiamano zingari e sinti, termini locali peggiorativi per Roma, che a volte si chiamano zingari. Il quotidiano nazionale leader, Corriere della Sera, titola: "L&#039;INVASIONE DEI NOMADI" Il quotidiano di Roma Il Messaggero implora "AIUTO!" La Repubblica lamenta sulla sua prima pagina, "EMERGENZA ROM, CE NE SONO TROPPI! " (Rom Ú il termine usato dagli italiani al fine di evitare confusioni con il nome della loro capitale). Walter Veltroni, il sindaco di Roma, ha detto in una recente conferenza stampa, che i rumeni sono stati riconosciuti colpevoli di 75% di tutti i crimini commessi città quest&#039;anno. Così grave Ú la situazione, dice, che egli ha chiesto al ministero degli interni di adottare regolamenti speciali che classificherebbero zingari, nomadi come clandestini, consentendo l&#039;espulsione dei anche legalmente residenti rumeni e bulgari dal paese se sono ritenuti una minaccia alla sicurezza. 
    370 Oltre alla richiesta di aiuto da parte del governo nazionale, Veltroni sta adottando misure aggressive per togliere gli zingari dalle vie. Come hanno fatto i sindaci di città come Venezia, Firenze e Torino, egli ha cacciato una volta i lavavetri - quasi tutti Rom - dalle strade e dagli incroci. In alcuni casi, i minori Rom sono ora trattati come adulti nei tribunali penali, anche se non Ú la stessa cosa per i minori italiani che commettono reati. "La situazione di ordine pubblico a Roma Ú molto peggio dopo il massiccio ingresso di rumeni", dice Veltroni. "Speriamo che si possa porre fine a questa brutale criminalità che la città non può più tollerare." 
    371 La rimozione dei mendicanti e lavavetri, tuttavia, non ha funzionato molto bene, in Italia, come successe allora all&#039;ex sindaco Rudy Giuliani nella sua battaglia anticrimine a New York. Infatti, togliere ai lavavetri uno dei loro mezzi di sostentamento sembra essere controproducente, scatenando un&#039;ondata di violenza all&#039;interno della comunità Rom. La scorsa settimana a Roma, un gruppo ha assassinato a un ragazzo rumeno di 20 anni, ferito altri due in un sottopassaggio della metropolitana nella zona residenziale di Trieste. A loro Ú stato dedicato il titolo "TERZO MONDO" e agli accampamenti lungo il fiume Aniene a Roma. La settimana prima, due incursioni su campi rom intorno alla città con equipaggiamento di armi a base di Molotov, coltelli, esplosivi. Quando la polizia Ú arrivata, le baracche dei rom erano in preda al fuoco. In un analogo incidente nel nord della città di Livorno, quattro bambini Rom sono rimasti vittime di un incendio del loro accampamento. 
    372 I nomadi dell&#039;Europa, certamente, non sono nuovi alla persecuzione. Etichettati come mendicanti e ladri, dei Rom fu detto che sono "contrari a tutte le forme di lavoro faticoso" dallo storico tedesco Heinrich Moritz del 18° secolo. Quasi 200 anni più tardi, Adolf Hitler li fece arrestare e spedire nei campi di concentramento insieme agli ebrei. Nessuno sa con certezza quanti morirono per mano dei nazisti. Alcune stime, parlano di più di 500.000 morti. I pregiudizi ancora permangono in tutto il continente, ma sono particoloarmente accentuati in Italia, che ha il più alto numero di nomadi in Europa, ed Ú stata richiamata dalla Commissione europea come uno dei 14 paesi che ancora pratica la discriminazione nei loro confronti. L&#039;agenzia statistica Censis stima che vi siano 160.000 Rom in Italia, di cui solo 30.000 - quelli provenienti da paesi dei Balcani e la ex Jugoslavia, sono illegali. I restanti 130.000 sono italiani le cui radici nel paese si possono far risalire al 1400, oppure provengono da Bulgaria e Romania, entrambi membri della UE i cui cittadini sono autorizzati a vivere e lavorare in un altro Stato UE. 
    373 Questo Paese, tuttavia, ha fatto ben poco per evitare che la comunità Rom fosse trattata come una sottoclasse segregata. Negli ultimi anni il governo italiano ha speso quasi 15 milioni di euro per la creazione di villaggi prefabbricati in tetri insediamenti che offrono servizi come acqua ed energia elettrica, ma anche un forzato coprifuoco notturno. Roma ha nove di questi accampamenti, ma la maggior parte dei Rom preferiscono vivere in 20 o più campi sparsi per la città. "I villaggi prefabbricati sono carceri", spiega Misa, una giovane donna che chiede l&#039;elemosina di fronte alla Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. Misa, che porta lungo un diverso bambino ogni pochi giorni per suscitare nei passanti compassione quando chiede l&#039;elemosina, vive in un accampamento sotto il Ponte Sublicio lungo il Tevere. "Si dice che sia possibile lasciare gli insediamenti autorizzati, ma conosco persone che lo hanno fatto e sono state rimpatriate in Romania." 
    374 Non tutti odiano i Rom. Roberto Malini del Gruppo EveryOne, una organizzazione di difesa che media tra gli zingari e il governo, descrive il trattamento a loro riservato in Italia come "pericolosa persecuzione" e avverte che esso ha abbassato la speranza di vita media della comunità Rom del paese a 47 anni, Rispetto agli 80 anni per i cittadini italiani. "In altre parole", spiega, "un genocidio." Gruppi come Opera Nomadi hanno lavorato per decenni, per integrare i Rom nelle comunità locali e bambini Rom sono ammessi alla scuole pubbliche locali. Massimo Converso, il presidente dell &#039;organizzazione, ha avviato l&#039;iniziativa con i governi locali per trasformare fattorie abbandonate in case per i gruppi. Finora sono riusciti a sistemare una dozzina di famiglie in case vicino a Venezia. Alcuni ministri del governo hanno inoltre adottato un tono più moderato. "Dobbiamo avere il coraggio", dice Paolo Ferrero Ministro per l&#039;Immigrazione ", di dire all&#039;opinione pubblica che tutti i Rom che vivono in Italia potrebbe essere integrati." 
    375 Questo Ú un messaggio che la gente non sembra pronta a recepire. Alla domanda di NEWSWEEK fatta recentemente a un piccolo gruppo di commercianti dell&#039;antico quartiere di Trastevere se sarebbero disposti ad assumere una persona rom legalmente residente, hanno risposto con una risata e hanno hanno risposto no prima di raccontare dei furti degli "zingari." Sono stati ancora più chiari ripetendo il commento di Achille Serra, il prefetto di Roma, dopo la sua visita in uno degli accampamenti Rom."Non ci sono donne là," ha detto a un cronista del Corriere della Sera. "Forse sono tutte sulla metropolitana a fare borseggi. Gli uomini sono tutti a dormire dopo aver trascorso la notte a rubare nelle case. " Con atteggiamenti come questo, Ú improbabile che in Italia i rom stiano godendo della dolce vita, in nessun momento.

    396 Dal Vaticano arrivano con regolare e ravvicinata frequenza i santi moniti di Sua Santità e di tutti i suoi prefetti: giustamente – diremmo – dicono la loro sulle umane cose – né si vede perché non dovrebbero. L’ultimo, dello scorso settembre, ha “spiazzato” – per un breve arco di tempo, un paio di giorni! – economisti, politici e perfino filosofi. Ovviamente i giornali hanno fatta da grancassa e passato la notizia.  
    397 Rivolgendosi ai fedeli all’Angelus del 23 settembre, Papa Benedetto XVI ha detto che capitalismo ed un’equa distribuzione delle risorse non sono in contraddizione ma che non si deve consentire una ricerca di profitto incontrollata. «Il denaro non Ú “disonesto” in se stesso, ma più di ogni altra cosa può chiudere l’uomo in un cieco egoismo. Si tratta dunque di operare una sorta di “conversione” dei beni economici: invece di usarli solo per interesse proprio, occorre pensare anche alle necessità dei poveri, imitando Cristo stesso (...) La dottrina sociale cattolica ha sempre sostenuto che l’equa distribuzione dei beni Ú prioritaria. Il profitto Ú naturalmente legittimo e, nella giusta misura, necessario allo sviluppo economico (...) L’emergenza della fame e quella ecologica stanno a denunciare, con crescente evidenza, che la logica del profitto, se prevalente, incrementa la sproporzione tra ricchi e poveri e un rovinoso sfruttamento del pianeta (...) Quando invece prevale la logica della condivisione e della solidarietà, Ú possibile correggere la rotta e orientarla verso uno sviluppo equo e sostenibile».  
    398 Questa, pur Santa, ma del tutto dozzinale pillola di verità sarebbe scivolata via senza sortire grande effetto se il filosofo Emanuele Severino, autorità riconosciuta nel campo del sottile ragionamento, sulle pagine del “Corriere della Sera” non si fosse sobbarcato del difficile compito di obiettare a Sua Santità e correggerne le incertezze in campo economico.  
    399 Prima però di entrare nel merito della querelle dobbiamo precisare che con la nostra tradizionale critica marxista, di buonisti del capitalismo abbiamo dovuto irridere non pochi e fin dai tempi di Marx la perniciosa e folta genia di quanti, alcuni anche in buona fede, auspicavano un “capitalismo dal volto umano” Ú sempre stata criticata e aspramente combattuta come una delle difese, controrivoluzionarie, del capitalismo. Se Ú una specie estremamente mutante nelle connotazioni esteriori, il suo nucleo però Ú resistente e immutabile. Assume nei tempi forme religiose, pacifiste, razionaliste o laiche. Ne sono un esempio quelle ambientaliste attuali che pretendono la salvaguardia della Terra mantenendo in vita un capitalismo “eco-compatibile”.  
    400 Tutti questi signori ammettono che il rovescio della medaglia del progresso e del benessere sviluppato dal capitalismo, distribuito in modo fortemente ineguale, sono fame, malattie e brutale sfruttamento per un’enorme massa di esseri umani, oltre alla distruzione senza limiti di tutte le risorse del pianeta. Le loro statistiche denunciano che si apre sempre di più la “forbice” tra i ricchi del pianeta, che diminuiscono in percentuale sul totale della popolazione mondiale, rispetto lo sterminato esercito degli sfruttati, dei senza riserve. Ma, diciamo noi, le due facce non sono scindibili né tantomeno modificabili perché parti integranti dello stesso modo di produzione capitalistico: o tutte due o niente. Qui sta il problema!  
    401 A rendere il mercato capitalista “equo”, “solidale”, “ecologico” non basta la buona volontà dei grandi della terra; le leggi del capitalismo non sono state inventate dai capitalisti ma sono frutto di un processo che la società umana ha sviluppato nelle diverse ere storiche, e provengano da più o meno lente e complesse trasformazioni sociali. È il capitalista ad essere un prodotto del capitalismo e non l’inverso. Ed Ú il capitalismo in sé ad essere “egoista”.  
    402 Il monito del Pontefice Ú quindi pertinente e puntuale ma confuso e, come da tradizione ecclesiastica, il contrario che netto e irreversibile.  
    403 Invece il filosofo nostrano, si comprende bene, sta dalla parte del capitalismo, quello vero e pieno. Questi osserva al Papa che la sua affermazione Ú fasulla e gli rimprovera di non aver capito bene come funziona il capitalismo. Santità, il profitto Ú il profitto e segue una sua logica e dinamica indipendente che non contempla affatto il “bene comune”! Bene professore, ma nel 1848 Marx lo aveva scritto nel Manifesto del Partito Comunista. E continua protestando che se il profitto, che Ú l’anima stessa e sinonimo del capitalismo, va bene perché diamine dobbiamo pensare ad altra organizzazione economica; e quale, visto che anche il comunismo Ú stato da tempo messo “all’indice”.  
    404 Santità, si spieghi meglio, chiede Severino. Noi pure saremmo a questo punto curiosi di conoscere i punti salienti di questa “economia cristiana”, la nuova via Vaticana al bene comune, forse un modello rivisitato delle antiche abbazie benedettine? Benedetto XVI così chiamato in causa non potrà non rispondere.  
    405 Marx ne “Il Capitale” spiega e dimostra che il capitalismo non ha una sua morale, una sua volontà o intelligenza; obbedisce ad una legge, quella del saggio del profitto che deve sempre crescere, pena la morte dei singoli capitali e dell’intero modo di produzione. Non conosce né può conoscere limiti o remore morali, deve avanzare sempre e sempre più in fretta. La caduta tendenziale del saggio del profitto, bestia nera di ogni capitalista, Ú la curva, l’andamento della sua agonia, nella quale tutto travolge e fagocita al fine di poter sopravvivere. Queste sono le “preoccupazioni” del capitalismo, questo il suo senso di “bene comune”. Del resto se ne impippa. Solo il Comunismo, dopo aver sostituito il modo di produzione capitalistico, avrà come sua primaria attività l’organizzazione e la realizzazione di un altro “bene di tutta la specie umana”.  
    406 Il cambiamento del Mondo, in una società effettivamente solidale e armoniosa, non avverrà attraverso la democrazia borghese, né le istituzioni benefiche o religiose, non sarà frutto della buona volontà né di governati né di governanti, ma stà nella vigorosa e decisa lotta anticapitalistica che storicamente solo il proletariato può sviluppare attraverso il suo partito politico.

    421 In November, CNN&#039;s Glenn Beck accused Paul supporters of being terrorists.  After that ill-advised remark, though, he found that the finger of accusation points both ways.  Outraged Paulestinians accused him of being a traitor.  On December 18 he tried to smooth things over by interviewing Paul, giving him a chance to put forth his positions on many key topics.  Beck showed himself inimical only to those who allege that 9/11 was treason. 
    422 All in all, I thought Beck was doing a good job of making himself seem like an innocent and innocuous media mainstreamer, and making Paulestinians seem like irascible and irrational blogger bullies.  Too bad for him that he didn&#039;t shut his mouth about how Paul&#039;s supporters were unjustly accusing him of being a traitor before proving that they were right.

    425 Note in the paragraph above that Beck used the date "7/27" in a place where he probably meant to say "9/11."  At the time he was turning the interview to the topic of Paul&#039;s non-interventionist foreign policy and trying to rationalize post-9/11 US interventionism. So what on earth is the significance of 7/27, and what did it have to do with 9/11?  I invite the objective reader to think long and hard about that question -- then to admit that no good answer comes to mind. 
    426 My regular readers are by now familiar with my command of the Internet&#039;s Ghost Troop, a cyber intelligence unit comprised of current and former service members and activist civilian researchers.  A week before the 7/7/05 London bombings, Ghost Troop and its many Internet associates issued a warning that we expected the "Next 9/11" -- which we identify by the operational code 911-2B -- to occur in the Houston area on 7/27/05.  The next day, on 7/28/05, there was a major explosion at the British Petroleum refinery in the Houston-area petroleum town Texas City.  A couple of hours later, just after dark, there was an immense energy eruption in the skies above Texas City that lasted an hour, and was visible for 100 miles in every direction.  The spectacle left me and my intelligence contacts, both in the Houston Police Department and at British Petroleum, convinced that it was meant to simulate a nuclear explosion, one that would have occurred with a real nuclear weapon without our intervention.  We have always maintained that nuclear terror was scheduled for 7/27, and that it was delayed for a day before being aborted due to our efforts.  This explains the significance behind the "7/27" that Beck mistakenly mentioned.  The Ron Paul interview must have crossed Beck&#039;s wires, since Paul&#039;s 14th Texas Congressional District includes Texas City.  Glenn Beck, who knows about the 7/27 treason, committed a Freudian slip in the presence of the congressman whose district was the target of the 7/27 treason.

    436 Sul Corriere della Sera di oggi, 5 gennaio 2008, Ú apparso un racconto dal titolo "Gli ultimi 700 metri di Giovanna". L&#039;autore Ú Franco Cordelli. Il quotidiano, che Ú il più importante in Italia, gli ha concesso un incipit in prima pagina e ben due pagine attigue, complete, all&#039;interno. Ho inviato copia del racconto a diversi intellettuali di vari Paesi, che hanno manifestato la mia stessa indignazione, la mia stessa incredulità di fronte a un&#039;operazione culturale così marcatamente razzista, programmata ed attuata ad hoc per instillare nuovo odio contro i Rrom. In nuce, Ú qualcosa che ricorda i famigerati "Protocolli dei savi Anziani di Sion". 
    437 Lo scrittore, inanzitutto, attribuisce l&#039;omicidio di Giovanna a Reggiani a Mailat prima che i magistrati abbiano emesso una sentenza. Lui e il Corriere si ergono a giudici, riguardo alla vicenda, e dichiarano pubblicamente, rivolgendosi a milioni di lettoiri, un verdetto di colpevolezza. Vi sono ancora punti oscuri, riguardo alle indagini intorno a Mailat. Le autorità hanno dichiarato di aver verificato la presenza di molto sangue sul viso e sui vestiti del romeno; hanno dichiarato che la donna "ha lottato con ogni forza per opporsi alla violenza" e che Ú stata denudata dall&#039;aggressore. Hanno garantito inoltre l&#039;attendibilità di Emilia, la testimone che l&#039;accusava. Allo stato attuale del procedimento, dopo l&#039;incidente probatorio fra Mailat ed Emilia, sono emersi questi dati: gli esami del DNA riguardanti il sangue reperito sull&#039;uomo e sotto le unghie della donna non hanno confermato le accuse: il sangue su Mailat non Ú risultato provenire da Giovanna Reggiani né quello sotto le unghie di lei Ú risultato sangue di Mailat. Come hanno verificato gli agenti inviati dalla Romania, le vesti di Giovanna erano intatte e nessuna violenza sessuale era stata perpetrata su di lei. Infine, Emilia Ú risultata essere una donna con gravissime turbe psichiche, per le quali era stata ricoverata anche recentemente. Anche senza ipotizzare che la sua testimonianza possa essere stata indotta, sicuramente non può essere considerata attendibile. Mailat si proclama innocente fin dal momento dell&#039;arresto. Lo scrittore sorvola su questi fatti e decide - avallato dal Corriere - che l&#039;uomo Ú colpevole. Non Ú corretto, non Ú etico, non Ú lecito, perché la Costituzione stabilisce che "Ogni individuo accusato di un reato Ú presunto innocente sino a che la sua colpevolezza non sia stata provata legalmente in un pubblico processo nel quale egli abbia avuto tutte le garanzie necessarie per la sua difesa". Nel suo racconto, lo scrittore presenta Mailat con i contorni di una figura "archetipica", mostruosa, un "uomo nero" che definisce: "il nomade romeno che assale nella notte". Questa Ú un&#039;altra inesattezza pubblicata dalla stampa e mai smentita dale autorità, che conoscono perfetamente la verità: Romulus Mailat non Ú un Rrom, ma un romeno povero di etnia Bunjas, romanofona e senza punti di contatto con i Rrom. Mailat viveva in una baracca, ma non apparteneva a una tribù Rrom: era semplicemnete povero e non poteva permettersi una casa. Il Gruppo EveryOne Ú in possesso di un video in cui il padre di Romulus e alcuni vicini della famiglia Mailat, in Romania, smentiscono categoricamente la loro appartenenza all&#039;etnia Rrom. Inoltre, le più importanti autorità culturali e rappresentative dei Rrom romeni hanno dichiarato alla televisione nazionale e sulla stampa come Romulus Mailat, la sua famiglia e il suo gruppo sociale non appartengano all&#039;etnia Rrom. Proseguendo nel suo racconto, Franco Cordelli descrive l&#039;orrore che Mailat suscita in lui e subito dopo racconta di un episodio di cui fu protagonista in un imprecisato passato, quando sorprese due donne all&#039;interno di casa sua, affermando che "erano zingare, non erano romene. Quello di cui sono sicuro, o quasi sicuro, Ú che venivano di lì, da quel campo nomadi". Inseguì le due donne, ma gli sfuggirono. Oggi si chiede cosa avrebbe fatto loro se le avesse prese! Sembra uno di quegli scritti che la stampa nazista pubblicava per criminalizzare gli ebrei, alle soglie dell&#039;Olocausto. Vi Ú da chiedersi se il testo sia farina del sacco di Cordelli o non sia piuttosto un lavoro ispirato e comissionato da altri. Lo scrittore non lo specifica, limitandosi a beneficiare di uno spazio abnorme concesso al testo dal direttore del giornale. Franco Cordelli Ú uno scrittore di sinistra (ma non Ú una novità: l&#039;intolleranza di sinistra Ú oggi, in Italia, un fenomeno piuttosto comune, anche nel mondo della cultura). Senza dubbio la pubblicazione rientra in un programma politico a sostegno della persecuzione istituzionale. Oltretutto, non Ú scritto particolarmente bene, Ú pieno di anacronismi, confuso e non possiede elementi di valore letterario. Temiamo che a questa operazione possano seguirne altre, dirette a diffondere false notizie riguardo ai Rrom in Italia e un allarme sociale totalmente artificiale e infondato. E&#039; un fenomeno grave, che cercheremo di portare all&#039;attenzione delle Istituzioni italiane ed europee.      26Non accontentandosi di un semplice “permesso” di partecipare alle manifestazioni indette per i suddetti giorni, oggi, venerdì 24, gli studenti e le studentesse di tutti i corsi di laurea insieme a ricercatori e dottorandi hanno fatto sentire nuovamente la propria voce;dall&#039;assemblea nel piazzale antistante la facoltà di Scienze Ú partito un corteo di 500 persone che, bloccando le strade e attraversando uno dei più grandi centri commerciali di zona, ha portato i propri contenuti fin sotto il Rettorato, chiedendo un incontro immediato con il Rettore. 
     27La volontà primaria dell&#039;Assemblea Autorganizzata Ú stata quella di chiedere una decisa presa di posizione da parte dello stesso Rettore uscente, Finazzi Agrò, nei confronti dei provvedimenti previsti dalla legge 133/08 e dal decreto 137 sull&#039;istruzione pubblica. 
     28Nonostante Finazzi Agrò abbia esordito appoggiando la nostra protesta si Ú poi dimostrato a tratti vago sui risvolti pratici della lotta, sminuendo palesemente la possibilità dell&#039;ingresso degli Enti privati all&#039;interno delle università.

For example, one of these books was a History of Ireland. Such books are practically reference books and rarely checked out, for one usually seeks specific information in such a book via the Index. The library card catalogues almost never include such books when you request the listings for a specific subject. The card catalogues only list newer books, which are poor imitations of the older ones. A good card catalogue at a local library should have at least thirty pertinent references for most subjects, and they only have two or three at the most. The older books are priceless! They can never be replaced. A lot of those authors were probably killed for revealing controversial details of the past. As part of this scheme, Bush Nazis, who do no reading are buying the best books by the bagful and probably burning them or discarding them to suppress the info that was in them. I&#039;ve told a friend that diphtheria was probably genocide via anthrax and that I&#039;d like to see a picture of the Corynebacterium diphtheriae (Corny bacteria!?) that allegedly causes it. This gram-positive rod-shaped bacteria sounds a lot like anthrax, for the spores of anthrax seem to assume a rod shape. As for the alleged membranes that are formed in the lungs by this bacteria, that is probably ascertained from dead bodies that had had their lungs filled with fluid from hydrochloric acid used to supposedly kill the bacteria, for the fluid probably coagulates after death. Also from "Angstroms" to "kilobases" to "micromillimeters" one becomes lost as to what the purpose of the metric system is. 5/28 Re: Cortisone shots: Cortisone is a pharmaceutical form of cortisol, one of many adrenal hormones. It suppresses the immune system, and I doubt that it can do much good if it is injected into the body. Too much cortisone causes destruction of tissue proteins, causing muscle atrophy, weakness, and osteoporosis, which means porous bones; and porous bones are weakened bones that become deformed and prone to fracture. 6/14 The culprits went into my bedroom and contaminated my socks with something that caused a condition that is commonly known as Athlete&#039;s Foot. In this case contamination was so severe that it caused the capillaries to burst on the top of my feet so they looked like a bloody bruise before the tell-tale cracked skin between the toes developed. The cracked skin between the toes is how I have always experienced "Athlete&#039;s Foot" and that doesn&#039;t sound anything like a fungus at all. After seeing it develop like this, I conclude that it&#039;s probably anthrax in combination with other toxic substances. I wonder what the heck is in Tolnaftate or Aftate that cures such infections so well. 7/14 The past few days the Bush Nazis have been throwing mold at me at the Y, the university, and my apartment. They should put the "little bit" that they are throwing in a plastic bag and inhale it a few times to see what it does. 8/28 They&#039;ve been flooding my place with Wormwood now since I secure my food so well. None of the reference books that I have access to now reveals that kidney pain is the tell-tale sign of wormwood. Wormwood is also known as, is related to, or contains absinthe, succinic acid, Thujenol, or phenanthrene. Absinthe has been banned from alcoholic beverages in most places because it causes convulsions and cerebral lesions. It has a bitter taste and no smell. Why would anyone drink it to begin with? 8/31 I determined why sh*theads had vacated the library without explanation on four or five occasions when I was stung by a scorpion there four days ago. That has to be the most painful sting that you can imagine coming from an insect. That also explains why the janitors have brought in a new woman to do the vacuuming or dusting. 9/2 When I found that there was very little written on the physiological effects of the scorpion sting, I realized that this information has probably been suppressed so that Hitler&#039;s Health Care could prey on people who seek medical help for scorpion stings in areas where scorpions are not usually found, for Bush Nazis have probably been breeding these insects and releasing them on unsuspecting individuals. Furthermore they probably know what chemicals to spray on them to make them move and sting the intended victim. I believe that most people never feel the sting, for the area of the sting is probably desensitized. It is written that there is usually no swelling, but it doesn&#039;t make clear that the body contains the poison in a fibrous mass immediately so that it doesn&#039;t get into the blood in significant concentration and kill the victim immediately. A fibrous knot up to the size of a baseball probably usually forms in muscle tissue within an hour of the sting, and the site becomes painful to the touch from the injected neurotoxins. Exercise and soaking the site in hot water gradually release the toxins throughout the body, producing a general over-all miserable feeling akin to the fibromyalgia of petroleum poisoning, which I have described. Let me add here that the body aches and pains of alcoholism have never been addressed in detail either. The alcoholic experiences great pain upon awakening every day. Alcohol is probably more of a neurotoxin than it is a depressant. You could probably call what this sting produces, "a local inflamation in conjunction with a systemic inflamation." Can you imagine what could happen if you went for medical help? They may try to convince you that amputation was the only way to relieve the pain. They may stick a needle in the site of the sting under the pretense of draining the fibrous mass in order to convince you that it wasn&#039;t an insect sting. They may try to convince you that it is cancer etc. 9/4 I was squeezing the site of the sting, trying to see if the stinger was in there, and it released the most incredible amount of toxins throughout my body; plus the site swelled up more yet that seems to be the only way to get the toxins out of the body. Bush Nazis probably have some of their own raise the scorpions, then other Bush Nazis steal them and release them on people. (Zech. 11:5) 9/5 To give you an idea how long this has been going on, a dealer on Lincoln Ave. in Ithaca showed me his scorpions in 1977. Since a torniquet is probably the only thing that will enable a victim who was stung on an extremity to survive, most victims probably never make it to the Emergency Room. There are probably places where you can capture thousands of scorpions per day; then they are mailed worldwide. 9/7 It probably takes months for the neurotoxins to leave the body. When I swam, it spread them throughout the body; thus I have limited myself to walking, kicking, and riding my bike. I read reference material on the computer, attributing only one death to scorpion sting per year. I bet there are millions! That&#039;s like Dryden saying that there was only one murder in Dryden throughout the 1800s while there was probably thousands being killed there with toxic substances. 9/8 Kicked 1400 yards, walked a mile and a half, and pedaled ten miles yesterday. My leg swelled to twice its normal size and hurt like hell! I bet that was the biggest damn scorpion that anyone has ever seen that did this to me. I tell people that it is a "present from my friends" an by God I pay back my friends! (Zech. 13:6) If you know anyone keeping scorpions as "pets", make them pick one up and pet it. I bet Hitler was stung by a scorpion in South America and promoted the suppression of this information. 9/16 Discovered that there were 2 copies of a 2000 book, Scorpions (Complete Pet Owner&#039;s Manual) on the library shelves. This book dismisses the severe effects of the sting and focuses on stuff like the tendency of certain scorpions to attack and inflict multiple stings. I suspect that there are many people in wheelchairs here from such stings, for it is probably necessary to work on forcing those toxins out of the body before the poisoned flesh festers and spreads the toxins, resulting in paralysis. On the other hand, Hitler&#039;s Health Care can probably promote worse much faster by professing to address symptoms of the sting, especially if you mention scorpions. "A scorpion, heh? After we give you this shot, you&#039;ll never feel pain again!" FYI I also read in a newspaper that Paul McCartney&#039;s wife, Linda said that she had been stung in the breast by a scorpion. Then biopsy, followed by the knife or more. Consider that a sting anywhere may be diagnosed as cancer. 9/23 The lump that a sting produces is apparently toxified blood and flesh. The toxins cause the capillaries to burst and trap the toxins in a lump. I was stung again about a week ago at home on the foot of the same leg, and that is now swollen and going through the same process. When I wrote that the first sting now looks like a gunshot wound, GHW Bush said that people can now shoot these dumkopfs and say that it is a scorpion sting since the medical profession doesn&#039;t have a clue what a scorpion sting is. 9/26 Since March the dumkopfs have been keeping old deodorized garbage in my basement which has been heated to @ 90 degrees; thus there have been fruit flies for the past six months. I now realize that they have probably been feeding these fruit flies to scorpions and poisonous spiders by placing garbage in the screened cages of the poisonous insects, allowing the flies to enter the cages via the screen, which probably has holes large enough for only the flies. The same method is probably being used all over the earth with the venomous insects being sold and released on targetted individuals anywhere the Bush Nazis can get at them. 9/29 I suspect that the scorpion that stung me in the library was probably Androctonus Australis, known as "Killer of Man", which can grow as big as your hand. All poisonous species, including a Leiurus species called "Death Stalker" are exported from the Mideast and North Africa, primarily for the European and US pet trade. Note that Europe and the US also have the highest incidence of breast cancer. How about skin cancer? It is insanity for such a trade to be going on with so little written on the physiological effects resulting from scorpion stings. After they banned me again today, I am sure that it has to be a British sh*thead organization. 10/11 Have been kicking a mile twice a day for more than a month now. "Gunshot wound" is forming scar tissue, but I am now dealing with a total of seven stings on my feet and legs. Due to the censorship of my writings in this area by Binghamton Press Connects and Forum Topix, the basement is still full of garbage and insects. To give you an idea how Gad damn poisonous that first sting was, when that stuff gets in your blood, you feel lockjaw coming on. If the toxins were not trapped by the calf muscle, death would probably occur within minutes. 10/15 The effects of a sting have been concealed to an extreme, for they are saying that it lasts @ 36 hours. That apparently pertains only to those who caught the insect in the act and stopped the injection of much toxin. Following a painless undetected sting, the toxins are apparently trapped by the body for @ 8-10 days before they begin to be released and severe effects occur. If the site of the sting is not manipulated, I bet that the toxins can lie dormant for months or years. It also takes months or years for the effects to wear off if it is a highly poisonous sting. Sounds like "bacterial cancer" all over again! Also anti-venom shots sound like homeopathic medicine.      836/23 After being exposed to a toxic substance in my food and the air that has an effect similar to the Prolixin that I was forcefully injected with to the point where I couldn&#039;t walk by Nazi Death Doctor, Nicky Exarchou, I researched the matter and found that Prolixin is one of the forms of Phenothiazine, which is in insecticides and used in the manufacture of dyes. These are potent alpha-adrenergic and dopaminergic blocking agents that cause depression of the central nervous system, hypotensive activity and antispasmodic, antihistaminic, analgesic, sedative, and anti-emetic activity. That is, (Note: Discomfort may mean "mild headache", i.e. any sensation in the head. That is why they say that it is a good psychotropic drug. Don&#039;t forget the man-made addiction of Psychiatry, where if they find via blood tests that you haven&#039;t been taking your medicine, they increase the dosage.) it causes discomfort and makes you very drowsy along with many other things. It also causes blurred vision and impairs night vision. That&#039;s how it goes. If you have been "bugging" these Nazis, they will try to dispose of you like an insect with pesticides or some other toxic substance. If they can get you to seek help from Hitler&#039;s Health Care, you will probably get more of the same in pill form. (The listed side effects are a good indication of how lethal most drugs are.) Do you doubt that Hitler lived to @ 2000? His body was never found in 1945! That was common knowledge! As I have revealed, I saw Hitler with a Storm Trooper on each arm walking down Central Ave. on Cornell campus in the summer of 2000. Furthermore if the medical field has not stressed the role and effects of the blood-borne bile duct toxins of alcoholics and coprophagists in the promotion of numerous diseases, they are pretending to be too stupid to know what causes any disease. If anthrax, aviation fuel, asbestoes, nicotine, mold, cyanide, pesticides, etc. can be broadcasted everywhere while the culprits say, "Who see us? Who will know?" C related. They have stressed Vit. D and calcium, but it appears that such nutrients cannot benefit at all if there is a Vit. C deficiency. From one of the best Physiology textbooks there is, I&#039;ve learned that Vit. C is necessary for collagen sythesis, and collagen is the building block of the matrix of the bones. Deficiency results in brittle bones, deficient in collagen, ulceration, and hemorrhage, which explains bruises that never leave. Other notable listed effects are fragile capillary walls, impaired healing, bone joint disease, and loose teeth. In respect to citric acid, it takes the addition of one atom of oxygen to make it Vit. C. All this talk about anti-oxidants is apparently an attempt to confuse people, for it is just another way of talking about vitamins. I believe that out of a 500 mg. pill of Vit. C, only about 30 mg. has any benefit, and that is if they are chewable, for Vit. C is probably absorbed mostly via the tongue as alcohol is. Vit. C is rapidly utilized and eliminated by the body in a matter of hours. That is why it was so necessary for sailors of the past to have Vit. C to prevent scurvy. Potatoes are what they used, and the content in the potato is very low, @ 10 mg. I bet. The Calif. citrus is colored when they spray something like a phytochemical catalyst on it so the fruit changes color in about 20 minutes. If Calif. fruit is ripe, it is usually soft, too soft, and it rots quickly. Now they are putting soft Calif. citrus on the shelves, but I doubt that it has been ripened on the tree as it needs to be. The amount of Vit. C in citrus probably quadruples if there are a lot of seeds in it. If you can&#039;t pick the seeds out of it before you feed it to a baby, you are too damn stupid to go on living! Fla. citrus has always been targeted with diseases that make it unsightly, but it is not rot, and it is still the best there is. Upon finding unripe oranges from S. Africa, I realize that it is probably also part of Hitler&#039;s Vindication. Vit. C is the most essential nutrient that there is. 8/25 Chewable tablets are probably the best bet now. Research on Vit. C and its effects on chlorestoral has apparently been suppressed. 9/11 Since Vit. C is very unstable, this Vit. water should be tested to see if it contains what they say it does. Remember Tang? That had Vit. C in it, thus all drinks claiming to have Vit. C in them should probably have a tangy taste. 9/26 At the Giant I bought a four pound bag of Paula Red Extra Fancy apples at $1.29 per pound in a paper bag from Apple Country New York State, packed by H.H. Dobbons, Inc. of Lyndonville. At the height of the apple season these apples looked great but were soft and mealy. I thought high temperature may have done that then I saw that the red color of the skin had migrated to the pulp; thus it was probably chemicals.      116Dopo un istante di genuina e marziale commozione, ecco il quesito: 
     117Ma chi Ú Nerozzi Franco? Cosa Ú POPOLI? 
     118“Comunità Solidarista Popoli”, Ú un’associazione che si dedica a portare aiuti (soprattutto medicinali, in collaborazione con i Farmacisti Senza Frontiere) ed ha, nei suoi piani di lavoro, la solidarietà con l’etnia Karen di Birmania e con i Montagnards del Vietnam. Questa associazione, molto ben vista dal Partito Radicale, fa capo al giornalista veronese Franco Nerozzi, ed Ú a questo punto che intendiamo rendere noto, a chi non lo conoscesse, l’altro volto di questo attivista della “solidarietà”. 
     119Franco Nerozzi, oggi giornalista di guerra free-lance, nei primi anni ‘90 era giornalista e reporter della Rai; tra i vari servizi fu inviato durante la guerra in Afghanistan. Nel 1993 entrò in contatto con la sua concittadina Nidia Cernecca, esule istriana, che si era convinta che il responsabile della morte di suo padre Giuseppe, ucciso nel settembre 1943 durante la jacquerie istriana, fosse Ivan Motika. Nerozzi, stando a quanto racconta la stessa Cernecca , si mostrò interessato e disponibile ad intervistare Motika per un servizio sul TG Sette, ed accompagnare Cernecca che voleva incontrare l’anziano dirigente. Il 17/3/93 Nerozzi si recò quindi a Zagabria per intervistare Motika, assieme ad un operatore. Motika acconsentì a farli entrare in casa a condizione che non fossero fatte riprese, ma l’operatore le fece ugualmente, di nascosto. Nidia Cernecca si trovava in quei giorni in Slovenia per lavoro ed il giorno dopo Nerozzi le fece vedere le riprese. Due giorni dopo la donna andò assieme a Nerozzi ed all’operatore Capuozzo, sempre con la telecamera nascosta, all’ospizio di Rovigno per incontrare un certo Tomissich, allora novantenne e cieco, per interrogarlo. 
     120Se tutto questo corrisponde al vero, non ci sembra che Nerozzi abbia tenuto un comportamento professionalmente corretto nei confronti delle persone che Ú andato ad intervistare in collaborazione con Cernecca. 
     121Nel 2001 Nerozzi fondò la ONLUS “Popoli”, che individuò come prima popolazione da “aiutare” quella dei Karen, abitanti sulle montagne della Birmania orientale, al confine con la Thailandia, in lotta contro il governo di Rangoon. Sul quotidiano triestino “Trieste Oggi”, leggiamo che &lt; “Popoli” ha sposato la causa del movimento di liberazione dei Karen &gt;, che si oppongono al governo di Rangoon e che &lt; agendo in collaborazione con l’organizzazione “Farmacisti senza frontiere” &gt;, portavano gli aiuti &lt; direttamente ai soggetti bisognosi, recandosi nella regione dalla confinante Thailandia &gt;, cioÚ attraversando illegalmente il confine birmano . 
     122Nello stesso anno furono organizzate tre “missioni”, alla terza delle quali parteciparono anche altri due giornalisti, ambedue reporters di guerra: Monica Maggioni, della RAI e Gian Micalessin, che aveva fondato negli anni ’80, assieme a due altri ex militanti del Fronte della gioventù triestino (Almerigo Grilz, poi deceduto in Mozambico mentre faceva da cronista ai guerriglieri antigovernativi finanziati dal Sudafrica, e Fausto Biloslavo), i quali realizzarono poi un servizio messo in onda tra gli “speciali” del TG1 dal titolo “Medici in prima linea”. 
     123Nel dicembre 2002 invece Nerozzi salì agli onori delle cronache perché il suo nome era tra quelli coinvolti nelle indagini condotte dalle Procure di Verona e di Torre Annunziata su un sospetto traffico di “mercenari” (alcuni anche triestini), finiti in un giro di mercanti d’armi e di armati da mandare in varie parti “calde” del mondo a destabilizzare – o ristabilire l’ordine, a seconda del committente dell’incarico – in zone come le isole Comore, ma anche la Bosnia, il Ruanda, la Birmania. Si ventilò dunque il sospetto che l’attività “umanitaria” e “solidaristica” di Nerozzi fosse servita come copertura per altre attività illecite. 
     124L’inchiesta era nata &lt; quasi per caso &gt;, come spiegò il PM veronese Guido Papalia ai giornalisti, in seguito alle indagini su alcune scritte antisemite comparse a Verona. Da intercettazioni telefoniche erano emersi dei contatti tra Nerozzi e l’anziano ex “mercenario” francese Bob Denard, che aveva combattuto in Congo e che era stato ritenuto dagli investigatori interessato a portare a termine un golpe nelle isole Comore perché vi aveva investito capitali ingenti in un progetto turistico, che il governo in carica gli avrebbe impedito di portare avanti. 
     125Nerozzi aveva conosciuto Denard nel corso della sua attività di reporter di guerra, il che non provava alcuna sua “collaborazione” con le presunte attività illegali del francese. L’inchiesta si chiuse con la richiesta di rinvio a giudizio da parte della Procura per Nerozzi e per altri indagati. Nel maggio 2005 davanti al GIP veronese &lt; il triestino Fabio Leva (
) ha patteggiato una pena a un anno e dieci mesi di reclusione. Ha patteggiato la stessa pena anche il giornalista (
) Franco Nerozzi &gt;, leggiamo sul “Piccolo” (6/5/05). 
     126Mentre era ancora indagato, nell’ottobre del 2003, Nerozzi partecipò a Trieste ad un convegno organizzato dall’Associazione “Novecento”, il cui portavoce, Angelo Lippi, militante di destra in gioventù, nel ‘92 si era candidato nella “Lega delle leghe”, fondata dal più noto Stefano Delle Chiaie (uno degli esponenti di spicco della strategia della tensione), che nel corso della campagna elettorale aveva sbandierato orgogliosamente il fatto di essere riuscita ad accomunare nelle proprie fila, oltre a persone chiaramente di destra anche fuoriusciti della sinistra. Nel corso di questo convegno, dedicato ai “crimini” dei “regimi comunisti”, dove erano relatori oltre a Lippi e Nerozzi, anche due degli allora candidati alle suppletive per la Camera: la radicale Christina Sponza e Renzo Codarin della Casa delle liberta, Nerozzi, tanto per mettere subito le cose in chiaro, si Ú autodefinito &lt; bieco e delirante anticomunista &gt;. 
     127Noi non abbiamo alcuna intenzione di entrare nel merito dell’attività di Nerozzi, non siamo certo in grado di stabilire se la sua Ú solo un’innocente attività di aiuto alle popolazioni con le quali ha contatti ed i contatti che ha con persone come Bob Denard sono del tutto innocenti e nulla hanno a che fare con le presunte attività illecite di questo, ci limitiamo a prendere atto di quello che Ú stato reso noto dalla stampa, quindi per noi Nerozzi Ú semplicemente un indagato che ha patteggiato una pena asserendo di essere stato vittima di un equivoco.      137la notizia Ú trapelata solo oggi, Ú stato aggredito a Cogoleto (riviera di ponente) da un suo coetaneo italiano. 
     138Quest’ultimo, noto alla forze dell’ordine per aver commesso vari reati, dopo un diverbio si Ú scagliato contro l’albanese. 
     139L’italiano impugnava un’arma impropria: un manganello telescopico in acciaio. Ha vibrato un solo colpo alla testa dell’albanese che si Ú accasciato a terra. Portato a San Martino ha subito una lunga operazione 
     140chirurgica. 
     141L’aggressore Ú stato arrestato quasi subito dai carabinieri: Ú imputato di tentato omicidio volontario. 
     142Ma il fatto più inquietante Ú che si tratta di un delitto annunciato: l’italiano infatti aveva più volte minacciato l’albanese conosciuto anni prima al locale oratorio. Tanto che l’albanese lo aveva denunciato per

Bene, fate conto di non vederla più così come tutte le altre università pubbliche italiane: il TAGLIO DI 456 MILIONI DI EURO al finanziamento dell’Università deciso dalla LEGGE 133 Ú equivalente alla completa scomparsa di una delle più grandi Università italiane.

     152Il Blocco del TURN OVER al 20% per cinque anni, ovvero un solo neoassunto ogni 5 pensionamenti, impedirà la possibilità di mantenere una didattica di qualità, con la chiusura di corsi di insegnamento. Per l’Ateneo di Pisa si prevedono circa 300 pensionamenti. 
     153L’impossibilità di rinnovare la classe docente impedirà inoltre il ricambio generazionale, precludendo a un’intera generazione la carriera universitaria, mentre la folla dei precari senza speranza si ingrandirà sempre più.

     159Inoltre la privatizzazione limiterà la libertà di ricerca che sarà prevalentemente indirizzata dalle grandi aziende e sarà quindi manipolata per gli interessi di quest&#039;ultime e non verso ricerca per il progresso.

"Ogni mese apriremo un Focus diverso su questioni che toccano l&#039;universo giovanile". Su questo tema il ministero della Gioventù apre al confronto di idee e chiede ai ragazzi di partecipare con testimonianze, riflessioni, proposte. Si parte con il Focus su "ecstasy e dintorni". "E&#039; un portale sul quale abbiamo lavorato e puntato molto: avevamo la necessità di ridefinire il portale visto che le competenze erano cambiante, ma abbiamo espresso anche la volontà di andare a diretto contatto con la generazione della quale ci occupiamo. Abbiamo privilegiato il confronto e la partecipazione", ha detto Meloni, "una novità" necessaria per i tempi in cui ci troviamo. Una "strada anche un po&#039; rischiosa" di far parlare direttamente i ragazzi. 
     176Nel portale c&#039;é spazio anche per le comunità giovanili, organizzate dai ragazzi, vere e proprie "oasi" nelle città dove i ragazzi sono abbandonati, ha ricordato il ministro. Altro tema di Gioventu.it Ú quello di promuovere "un&#039; autentica rivoluzione del merito. In questa sezione ci saranno i progetti e le iniziative volte ad aprire per tutti un metaforico cancello di ingresso verso il futuro e le proprie aspirazioni, a lasciare che le capacità, l&#039;applicazione, l&#039;impegno, la serietà e, più in generale, i valori positivi, facciano la differenza. Dal prestito d&#039;onore alle iniziative per la promozione dei giovani talenti". Ultima sezione anche quella della "meglio gioventù": "ci siamo posti anche il problema di utilizzare questa dicitura, che riprende anche un libro di Pasolini. Ma abbiamo detto che ci saremmo occupati di raccontare quello che non fa notizia sui tg, le belle storie che vedono protagonisti i nostri ragazzi. Abbiamo selezionato alcune storie - ha spiegato Meloni- e le abbiamo fatte raccontare da alcuni scrittori. Il primo Ú Federico Moccia che racconta la storia di Daniele Paladini, militare morto in Iraq per impedire una strage". Accanto a queste, Meloni ha detto che "saranno pubblicate storie di ragazzi che non conosciamo o anche note, come quelle di Roberto Saviano".  
     177Alla domanda chi ci sarà nella "meglio gioventù" il ministro ha risposto: "tutti quelli che hanno il coraggio delle proprie idee". Per quanto riguarda il Focus, che durerà un mese e che sarà aperto ai contributi dei giovani, si Ú preferito ad un blog generico, per circoscrivere il tema: "nei limiti dell&#039;educazione si può dire che quello che si vuole". In primavera, grazie all&#039;accordo con l&#039;Anci, ci sarà uno sportello dedicato all&#039;InformaGiovani.      180Nel portale c&#039;é spazio anche per le comunità giovanili, organizzate dai ragazzi, vere e proprie "oasi" nelle città dove i ragazzi sono abbandonati, ha ricordato il ministro. Altro tema di Gioventu.it Ú quello di promuovere "un&#039; autentica rivoluzione del merito. In questa sezione ci saranno i progetti e le iniziative volte ad aprire per tutti un metaforico cancello di ingresso verso il futuro e le proprie aspirazioni, a lasciare che le capacità, l&#039;applicazione, l&#039;impegno, la serietà e, più in generale, i valori positivi, facciano la differenza. Dal prestito d&#039;onore alle iniziative per la promozione dei giovani talenti". Ultima sezione anche quella della "meglio gioventù": "ci siamo posti anche il problema di utilizzare questa dicitura, che riprende anche un libro di Pasolini. Ma abbiamo detto che ci saremmo occupati di raccontare quello che non fa notizia sui tg, le belle storie che vedono protagonisti i nostri ragazzi. Abbiamo selezionato alcune storie - ha spiegato Meloni- e le abbiamo fatte raccontare da alcuni scrittori. Il primo Ú Federico Moccia che racconta la storia di Daniele Paladini, militare morto in Iraq per impedire una strage". Accanto a queste, Meloni ha detto che "saranno pubblicate storie di ragazzi che non conosciamo o anche note, come quelle di Roberto Saviano".  
     181Alla domanda chi ci sarà nella "meglio gioventù" il ministro ha risposto: "tutti quelli che hanno il coraggio delle proprie idee". Per quanto riguarda il Focus, che durerà un mese e che sarà aperto ai contributi dei giovani, si Ú preferito ad un blog generico, per circoscrivere il tema: "nei limiti dell&#039;educazione si può dire che quello che si vuole". In primavera, grazie all&#039;accordo con l&#039;Anci, ci sarà uno sportello dedicato all&#039;InformaGiovani.
